Insurance Claims

Storms damage roofs in Colorado every year.  If you're in an area that experienced hail, there's a good chance that your roof has damage.  We will gladly visit your home and provide you with a no obligation inspection.  If there is hail damage, we can assist you through the claims process.  Here are a few pointers for going through the claims process:

1. Understand that most policies allow for deprecitaion.  For more information on depreciation please click HERE. 

2. A rejection is oftern the first step in getting a successful claim.

3. Create a paper trail...take photos, takes notes as to what insurance adjusters say, note dates and times of all statements.

4. Ask for help from New Line if your claim is rejected.  We can put you in contact with adjusters who will represent you and take it as far as possible to get you your new roof.

COMMERCIAL ROOFING PROJECTS

We specialize in all sizes of flat reroof projects.  If you're have a restaurant, shopping center/plaza, apartment, free standing 2 story building, we can help.  We start with a roof evaluation.  We will let you know what you have and the overall condition of your roof.  If we can make repairs, we will.  If we can replace only part of the roof and leave in place anything in a good and dry condition, we will.  If your roof must be removed and replaced, we will let you know why and provide you with a estimate for full removal and new roof construction.  We use the membranes listed below:

 

 - White Commercial Roofing Membranes

We focus on thermoplastic roofing membranes such as TPO.  The sheets are

airwelded together to create and watertight, elastic and energy efficient roof.

Restaurants or roofs that may be exposed to oils, chemicals or fats, should

consider PVC membranes.  Attached to the roof deck or substrate with glues

or screws and plates.

 

- Black EPDM  Roofing Membrane

The old standard for flat roofing.   Black, rubber roof membranes are taped

together.  Can be cost effective.  System is attached to the roof deck or

substrate with glues or screws and plates.

 

- Modified Roofing Membranes

Rolled roofing membranes that are usually attached with a torch or are self adhered.  

   APP - is torched to a primed roof substrate with a base sheet

   SBS - is a self adhered product that is applied to a primed surface via the adhesive that's preapplied by the manufacturer
